Editing & Proofreading

Sharpen your text

Anyone who has carefully read over their work one last time before sending or printing it, will be familiar with the frustration of noticing mistakes after it is too late. Whether you are dealing with advanced punctuation or just common typos, it is invaluable to have a fresh pair of eyes look over your writing one last time.

Our full-time editors and proofreaders are experts at polishing your copy until it is ready to print, whether you have a preferred style guide or not. We always use Track Changes so that you can see exactly what has been done, uphold strict standards of confidentiality and quality.

Editing falls into three categories, depending on the amount of work needed to produce quality content:

Light editing or proofreading

Proofreading makes the difference between a document that looks well prepared, and a document that is well prepared. Investing in this last, often neglected, stage of the process is extremely important to any official communications.

Standard editing

We will take your text, edit it in whatever way is necessary, and return to you a clean, professional document that reads perfectly, while still maintaining your corporate message and tone.

Heavy editing

Sometimes text needs to be partially re-written to bring it up to standard. We will extract the meaning and themes of your text and re-work in whatever way is necessary to make your point and get your message across, even if it means restyling large parts of your document.
